What do I do?

I provide technical consultancy for IT projects. Coding, reviewing, coaching, designing and maintaining are all part of the job. Delivering well maintainable and tested code is important for keeping up with fast changing business needs. By taking security into account early in the process, unpleasant surprises are avoided.

Communication is key. Short feedback cycles are important to keep up with changing business needs and add incremental value faster. Agile working methods will achieve the best results.

I believe this is the way forward in the long run. By delivering MVP’s and incrementing them, adding value can be achieved early.
